We mostly stay in the realm of medium roasts, but currently we are tinkering with a darker roast blend intended for espresso. We really enjoy the weighty body that this roast brings without an overwhelmingly smoky taste you’d usually get from a French or an Italian roast. While designed for espresso, this blend will also make a fantastic cup with your favorite milk of choice.
